We pride ourselves on attracting the best maids available. We screen our maids carefully, we train meticulously and we inspect relentlessly. We do all this so that you can have the highest confidence to trust our maids with the care of your home.
Communication is important for any relationship including ours. Our management understands we must earn your trust during every visit. It’s why we are so flexible, offering customized cleaning service plans designed with your needs in mind. No hassle.
Every house is unique, and every house cleaning fee is individually based. Things that will affect your house cleaning estimate include the size of your home, number of residents, number of pets, number of bathrooms, how often you want our maids to clean, etc. We have a standardized formula for calculating each individual cleaning estimate in a uniform way.
This is your option. Because we clean Monday – Saturday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. most of our customers aren’t home, but the vast majority trust Maid in Cambodia with the key to their home.
This is your option. We offer our services with or without our trusted cleaning products. Every Maid in Cambodia cleaning service employee comes prepared with all the cleaning supplies necessary. If requested and provided, we are happy to clean with your preferred products.
Please advise us if you have pets and provide any information regarding your pets that would be helpful for us to know. Though not a requirement, we prefer pets to be restricted from the areas we clean, so our maids can clean your home better and more efficiently.
Our team is available to assist you Monday through Saturday. While we always do our best to match you to the right maid the first time, no two clients have identical needs. We will follow up anytime there is a change or a new requirement. Please let us know if you encounter a problem with your service. Customer service is our #1 priority!
